Avocado leaves are a solid addition to any leaf litter mix. They break down slower than most leaves, so they're a good pick if you want a bit of longer lasting structure mixed in with the softer stuff.
Isopods and springtails will graze on them as they decompose, and they add some natural variety to the forest floor. Leaves are naturally collected, so expect some variation in size and colour.
